Hydraulic Automation Systems

GRP Products
ISM Marine provides repair, renewal and supply support for GRP doors used onboard vessels. Their corrosion resistance, low weight and clean appearance make them suitable for marine environments. GRP doors can be supplied in different dimensions and RAL colours according to vessel requirements.
GRP gratings are widely used in machinery spaces, deck areas, platforms and walkways due to their corrosion resistance, durability and lightweight construction. They can be manufactured in various sizes, load capacities and customer-specified RAL colours.
Lifeboats & Rescue Boats
ISM Marine provides comprehensive inspection, testing, maintenance, repair, refurbishment and technical supply support for freefall lifeboats, totally enclosed lifeboats, rescue boats and fast rescue boats. Our service scope also covers release hooks, steering systems, engines, propulsion equipment, GRP structures, buoyancy spaces, electrical components, onboard fittings and related safety equipment.
Annual and five-year inspections, operational tests, load tests and release gear examinations are carried out by experienced personnel in accordance with SOLAS, MSC.402(96), applicable class requirements and manufacturer instructions. Identified deficiencies are clearly reported, while workshop repairs, GRP restoration, component renewal, spare-part supply and commissioning support can be arranged as required. ISM Marine aims to keep every boat ready for safe launching, reliable operation and immediate use during an emergency.
