Inspection and Testing Process
Before testing, the equipment, foundations, wires, hooks, brakes, structural connections and safety devices are visually inspected. The required test load is then applied gradually while the equipment is monitored throughout the operation. Any abnormal movement, deformation, leakage or functional deficiency is recorded and reported.
Reporting and Certification
Following satisfactory completion of the test, ISM Marine issues the relevant service report and load test certificate. Identified defects are clearly reported, and repair, maintenance or replacement support can be provided when required.
